July 30 update: Given that the Park Fire still has Stirling City under an Evacuation Warning, weather doesn't look favorable for Saturday, the amount of Heavy Equipment still in Stirling, and lack of places to stay due to fire crews, the 2024 Stirling City Old Timer's Picnic has been cancelled …

We've heard of the passing of Archie Scott last Tuesday, October 12. A memorial service is planned in Stirling City on October 23 -- please see the attached flier.
In rememberance, I'll relink to the talk Archie gave last year talking about growing up in Stirling City.
